Before spreadsheets and strategy sessions, Jenn was on stage. After earning a degree and building a career in musical theater, Jenn spent five years performing in Chicagoland, as well as touring across the United States and internationally. That foundation of discipline, collaboration, and reading a room turned out to be the best training for leading teams and building businesses that she never saw coming.
When Jenn transitioned into corporate America, the skills translated immediately. She spent 15 years sharpening her operations and strategy expertise, ultimately leading a 20+ person team and serving as Center Director for one of the company’s top-performing locations in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
From there, Jenn joined a consulting team helping six-figure small businesses scale to seven figures and beyond. Over four years across both internal operations and direct client support, she kept finding herself drawn to the same person: the small business owner doing it all. The one managing finances, leading a team, building community, and somehow also being the emotional anchor of everything they’ve built.
